Magpie saw him, standing before her in a bizarre setting, she was on Earth, and she could feel the warm breeze against her wings, while the sound of the waves that could not be seen echoed in her helm… She was surrounded by a forest, tropical trees decorated with colourful leaves and dancing branches that hung elegantly from their brown and tattered torsos.

Transform and roll out!

That's right, by this time tomorrow I'll be on my holiday, and waiting for the season finale of Doctor Who to start

Then a couple of days later, I'll still be excited because I'll be seeing

and hanging out with her, and just generally having a nice time and good catch up

While I remember, I wanted to ask a question. One of the entrants for my competition ->

First of all, I'd like to thank my awesome (but cheeky) friend :icon1forsorrow2forjoy: for making a really funny comic based on my latest poll ->

and for her and other watchers input on what kind of competition I should run, and for ideas on which universe/scene to base it on

Since the two universes mentioned were G1 and Prime, I thought I'd go with that

For this competition, I'd like you to recreate your all time favourite scene from Transformers Prime, but instead of featuring the characters that actually appeared in that scene (i.e Optimus Prime, Megatron, etc) I want you to use completely different characters from the American version of the G1 cartoon and put them in their place.
Say for example your favourite scene in Prime is Optimus Prime fighting Skyquake in Masters and Students. If you wanted to do recreate that scene, you could use someone like Grimlock fighting Skywarp. recently had to pull out because of various reasons. I was wondering, is anyone who's asked to take part having any trouble coming up with ideas on what to draw for it? Or worried that they won't finish in time?

At the moment, the closing date is the 10th of June (three weeks and three days when this journal was submitted)

If any of you need a bit longer, please let me know. I don't mind extending the deadline to give you all a chance of finishing your entries. Or if there's something about the rules or brief for the competition, please don't be afraid to ask

I will be online during my holiday, so I'll reply to comments or notes when I can
